My goal in having a health coach was to learn healthy eating. Working with Peggy, I made significant
progress. I learned and implemented some great healthy habits, that I haven’t thought of before. As a

This has helped my life overall. My anxiety is lessened and I’m able to be helpful to other people who have the same or similar afflictions. My biggest fear in asking Peggy to help me was that she would roll her eyes and be shocked and dismissive about my negative self-talk, because that had been the reaction of anyone I approached in the past. I was pleasantly surprised and inspired when Peggy calmly listened and had a list of thoughts and feelings I had not considered. She really did her homework and came to the table with what appeared to be a full understanding of what it was like for me. That was immensely comforting.
